In 2012, and After a long and joyful journey in the business of interiors and furniture from different aspects ( production , management, operation, finance, and insurance ) the Partners have decided to start a “Boutique “ dream called DWB as a leading interior company covering the Middle East, Africa, and CIS countries. Operating principally in quality FF&E , design services , and specialty Fit-Out works for Hotels & Serviced Apartments, Hospitals, Airports, and Public Buildings.
Having been involved in some prestigious projects with distinguished interior designers , operators, and developers DWB is now ready to offer the best experience in Design, Detailing, Manufacturing, Procuring, Installing & Commissioning of Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment, inclusive of Case Goods, Upholstery, Window Treatments & Curtains, Carpets & Rugs, Wall Coverings, Decorative Lightings, Artworks & Artefact, in addition to Full-scale Fit-Out works required on special selected projects.
The procurement of FF&E and OSE is not an expenditure but an investment , this is the responsibility and assertion of DWB.

Professional
Rayaan, DWB Founder is a Highly Motivated entrepreneur with 25 years of rounded experience in the Interiors field from interior design, architecture, Contracting, project management and development covering Hospitality, Commercial, high end residential and Medical projects throughout The MENA.
Iyad is a well-known name in the Hospitality, Real estate, and construction Industry through handling leading Executive and board positions within large corporates in the Region. Iyad had served as an Executive, Board member, CEO and CFO of major regional corporations in the GCC, MENA, Asia, Europe and USA within his long span of experience, such as DEPA Ltd, Standard Chartered bank, Dubai Properties Group, Arab bank, Arabtec Holding, JWICO, and others.
He is also a known entrepreneur within this sector being a founder / co-founder of corporates within the FF&E of hotel industry (DWB Interior Solutions LLC); Real Estate Development Sector (DIYARONA Real Estate Development and Investment PJSC), Well-being and beauty industry (First Canadian for Cosmetics Corp – Naturaliz), Hospitality (Hyatt Nablus Development and Investment Company PJSC) and Tourism (PALCOM Travel and Tourism PJSC).
Before joining DWB, Mr. Ali Malas is one of the founders of Depa. He held a position of Managing Director Operations in Depa Ltd. Mr. Malas was responsible in establishing and managing the company’s presence in untapped territories. Mr. Malas was instrumental in Depa’s expansion to India, Morocco, Libya, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Syria, Azerbaijan and Turkmenistan.
Haider is an architect With Fourteen years’ experience in Interiors project management and FFE execution and worked with key players companies in the Middle East such as Depa Group , one of the leading interior contractor in ME and Damac the leading luxury developer in ME , he is as well a co-founder and partner in DWB . He has contributed through his courier with operation Management such as design, procurement, and supply of furniture for hospitality sector, palaces and Luxury properties.

We believe that each property has its own character. Understanding our customers and knowing their needs is a must to design the most practical hotel rooms, so we combine the requirements of developers and operators to maintain the best standards of design , budget, engineering, and maintenance.
In our designs we highly respect natural daylight , refined materials , and vibrant colors in order to comply with green building criteria, reflecting the local culture , values , and beauty.

We trace every aspect, as general as the Design development and as detailed as stretching of fabric, pressing of veneer , selection of nails, and ironing of curtains.
